Pricing is $65 or $95 per month per billing lawyer or notary, and $35 per month for each support staff member — assistants, paralegals, bookkeepers. Everyone gets their own login: nobody shares credentials.

Every plan can use a personal subdomain such as yourname.pragmalegal.ca once DNS is configured for the platform. Cabinet adds full in-app branding (logo, colors, name), a custom domain, advanced permissions, white-label and priority support.
